2026 student summer fitness classes

june 10 - july 29

  • age 14-21, must be a high school or college student

  • strength training for all ABILITIES and experience levels

  • small class size (max 4) for personalized training and safety

  • fun and nonintimidating

  • learn proper technique for lifting weights and gym ETIQUETTE

  • basic diet and nutrition sessions available to participants

  • BOOK SINGLE SESSION FOR $25/SESSION OR PURCHASE 10 SESSIONS FOR $20/SESSION
